ClipOrbits provides YouTube video promotion services through Google Ads campaigns, audience research, campaign management, channel audits and related consulting. We do not guarantee specific results, subscriber counts, monetization, rankings or a specific number of views. All promotion is performed through legitimate advertising platforms.

• All prices are listed in USD unless stated otherwise.
• Payment is required in full before campaign setup begins.
• One-time campaign prices include the associated ad spend as described on the pricing page.
• Monthly management plans are billed as a management fee only; Google Ads budget is billed separately by Google or by us on your behalf as agreed.
• Applicable taxes may be added at checkout depending on your location.

• You confirm you own the YouTube content submitted for promotion or have all necessary rights.
• You will provide accurate information about your channel, goals and audience.
• Your content must comply with YouTube Community Guidelines and Google Ads policies.
• You are responsible for the tax, legal and regulatory compliance of your channel or business.

We do not promote content that violates Google Ads or YouTube policies, including but not limited to illegal content, harmful or misleading claims, adult content, hateful content, and content that infringes third-party rights.

All content on the ClipOrbits website — including text, logos, graphics and design — is owned by ClipOrbits and protected by intellectual property law. You retain full ownership of your YouTube content. Campaign data and creatives produced during a managed engagement remain yours.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ClipOrbits' total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to our services is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service that gave rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including loss of profit, revenue, subscribers or data.

Our services depend on third-party platforms including Google Ads and YouTube. We are not responsible for outages, policy changes or account actions taken by these platforms.

Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved through the competent courts located in India.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
