1. Eligibility for refund
Customers are eligible for a refund only if their Google Ads video promotion campaign has not been created, started, or launched. Once the campaign has been initiated or any advertising budget has been spent, no refund will be issued under any circumstances.
2. Cancellation before campaign begins
Customers who wish to cancel before the campaign begins may contact us at contact@cliporbits.com or +91 9306256300. Please include your order details and reason for cancellation.
3. Refund processing
Approved refunds, when applicable, will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe. Processing time by your bank or payment provider may vary.
4. Monthly management plans
Monthly management plans may be cancelled at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle. Management fees already paid for the current cycle are non-refundable once optimization work has commenced.
5. Ad spend
Where Google Ads budget is billed separately (monthly plans), any unused ad spend balance held in the ad account may be refunded by Google in line with their own policies, not by ClipOrbits.
